Trump still legitimately won the EC by a huge margin?

not huge. EV turned on 3 recount states. Penn, Mich and Wisc. If those were for Clinton, she would have won. that's not huge considering they were close enough to ask and get recounts.

He is just crazed that it can be said that more people voted for Mrs C. So he is attempting to undermine the facts with a meme that cannot be supported with facts.
He is psychotic. Winning is not enough. He NEEDS to have people think of him as having won bigly. would have won if the 2 million, no make that 3 to 5 million illegals had not voted for her. He started out with 2 million figure, but she won the popular vote total by more than that. He had to come back two weeks later and say 3 million, maybe even 5 million.

he should have just said, she won California bigly. I won the popular vote of the rest of the country. that's a fact. the 5 million illegals is a lie, only needed to mollify his ego.

None of those states were within the margin needed for a recount.
