re: Travelling alone as a stress reliever?

I've done a few motorcycle trips alone. My cross country national park tour was done by myself. Was one of the best trips of my life. Met a lot of really cool people I probably wouldn't of met had I done it with friends and we kept to ourselves.

It definitely was a lot less stressful because I was the only one making the decisions about what I did and when I did it.
