I think some banks may have some explaining to do. he convinced banks to factor his receivables without the homeowners authorization? typically the bank wants verification that the work is completed and satisfactory before processing payment. Usually you can only do this after work is done. Contractors do this if they are cash strapped between job finishing and the time it takes to process payments or draws...

With that many jobs the guy could have made good money doing things the right way

They do I can assure you that and it will be a shite show. I just hope some of the ones that got scammed have the money to get a good attorney and fight the banks.

Believe me if they are wrong they will cave. I've starred in that movie.
