With such a complex legal contract and his use of liens, you know he had to be assisted by a pretty good legal representation.

lien law is pretty straightforward
I suspect his contract is pretty standard with some custom modifications

our contract is two pages plus AIA standard general conditions
that's for 1500 or 15 million
