Seeing a lot of ads for this Kangen Alkaline water machine pages on Instagram. Supposedly having a lot of acidic foods In your diet causes cancer. Is this ish legit or just snake oil?

Ideally you want to take a skin carotenoid test to see where you stand. Load up on blueberries, bananas, oranges and whole wheat grains.

I heard that there is a rumor that drinking water creates hydrochloric acid in your stomach.. That can not be good

It's snake oil. The human body strictly regulates its pH. Tumors can cause local changes in pH, not the other way around.
