Get them one quote from someone you trust. Do you really want someone shady fixing it for them for you?
Also, call her everyday until it's done. I'd take the valet that did it straight to the boss's office today. Or get them to write something and sign it. The longer that goes by, the more likely this ends badly for you.
You need to be a pain for them to need to fix it. Also, I'd complain as high up as you can. Get her boss involved, if you aren't going to provide simple customer service on a simple task then I have no issues complaining.

Not sure about LA, but I was hit from the side in a 100% obvious it was not my fault situation in a gas station and private property is 50/50 liability. So my it still cost me a deductible. BS.
