The only trade he's ever made that has made a difference is getting Ryno from Orlando for basically nothing.
everything else was either insignificant or not good for us.
Getting Reke wasn't terrible, but giving up Lopez to do so started us in a downward spiral at that position that we have yet to recover from, and are about to do something stupid to try to make up for it.
