Again, Trump says " just a few notes" before making some comments. That's it. My point is, I don't think those in attendance were expecting a detailed speech about Black History Month. They were invited there to discuss issues, just like Trump had done with small business leaders, auto industry leaders, etc. the liberals' collective heads are exploding because they are saying he passed on giving a proper speech and instead talked about himself, etc.
that's fake news. It's not what happened here.
