Because we have a functional relationship and diplomatic relations with SA. That give us access to far far far far far more data on anyone being vetted. There are also significant post-9/11 security measures set to sort out any SA-based terrorists.

The threat, like any guerrilla threat, has moved on so as not to be squashed. The likely nidus now is no longer SA, etc. It is from individuals in the seven countries the Obama Administration were concerned they could not vet.

The intent of this thread is going over your head. I didn't make this thread to argue over semantics of the order.

I'll just make this observation of your posting. Did you come out against Obama when he made the same order against those seven countries? No you didn't. Neither did those of us on the right. The reason you supported it - politics. Your man made the call, you support him. The right being in support of his order - security of this country.

Now all of a sudden Trump restricts the same seven countries and you flip like a fish. Why - because it's not your man anymore in the big seat. Those on the right support Trump's order. Why - security of this nation.

One of those two groups is consistent in their belief that this country is not as safe as it once was. The other guy is consistent with his politics only. That kind of politics is a cancer to our security.
