if in some fantasy land i was elected President, it would be as a libertarian-type, so yes
creating special classes that get extra "rights" via government fiat completely goes against my politics, especially when that fiat was originally an EO and not even legislation (let alone the constitutional amendment that i'd require)
this doesn't make me a bad person. it just reinforces my belief that government shouldn't be picking winners and losers
