Does anyone think he can actually make it to the playoffs remotely healthy?
He was healthy in 2014. Hurt in 2015. For all we know, he could have been healthy had he returned just this season as well.
It's certainly risky, but for a couple of those teams, a 2nd rounder is worth it IMO.

Checkered history is being insanely positive. It's not like he's Rob Gronkowski taking hits over the middle, he's a damn QB and still ending up on IR. I wouldn't waste a cost controlled starter (aka a 2nd rounder) for that.
