Ill actually answer this.
YES, 100% which is why I ended my LAE/NEA membership.
As you have in several threads already done, you are discussing theory. This is Louisiana. It will not work out well for anybody. Remember when they told teachers if you are found to be highly proficient for 5 years, you will get a bonus? I'm still waiting on my check.
I have NO faith that SoC will work well in our state unless we completely overhaul how we educate students. The JUMPSTART programs are a push in the right direction, but it doesn't go far enough yet.
