He can sue her for whatever he wants. Doesn't mean he will win.
There are several factors here, including:
1. Bannon is a public figure. He has to prove that the statement was made with an intent to cause him damage.
2. There are various immunities which apply to elected officials in discussing policy issues.
3. Anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) laws may provide for dismissal on First Amendment grounds and an award of attorney fees to Pelosi before the first deposition can be taken. And
4. truth is a defense to defamation.
