Pretty sure U High had the U logo (Miami) for a few years but had to go back to the old logo.

I always suspected that was the result of a prank by a few HSers who forged Cease and Desist letters sending them to U-High (Miami), EA (San Jose State), and St. Amant (Florida) that administrators took seriously.
