Like the others have said, ease back into it. You wanna hit it hard, but as long as you're doing a little something, you'll make progress.

Can't completely avoid soreness, but if you go in there and act like you've been working out for a year straight, you're going to hate yourself for a week.

I miss the soreness. The soreness is physical feeling of making progress.
