A few years ago during some break in school I was at Snake and Jakes in NOLA very late into the morning during the week and I was amazed at the people that came in at 7 AM in suits and got a couple of drinks before going into work.

Love that place. It's not hard to be there late in the morning.
That place doesn't get going until 4/5am.
