In what world could Pro/Rel easily happen? Name me one GM of an MLS club that would vote in favor of that. Also, no owner wants to pony up 150 million dollars for an expansion fee if their team could immediately get relegated. Pro/Rel is a good goal to have for the future of the league, imo, but to say we could easily implement it now is incredibly naive and contrary to the current goals of MLS and its growth.
