jack, what is the support like for the Nashville USL club? Are they kicking off this year?

Unfortunately they won't be kicking off until 2018, but people seem pretty interested. Everybody is a little bit bummed about Nashville FC still, but SC has taken the branding and colors and is causing some buzz.
All the soccer fans here seemed to be invested the last few years as far as I can tell (I've only been here about 9 months). I watch all of Chelsea's matches down in Printer's Alley at one of the pubs. Several other supporter groups are down there, and I've heard a good amount of people expressing excitement about the future.
The Predators carved out an amazing fan base in a pretty short amount of time considering hockey isn't exactly a Tennessee fixture. I imagine that Nashville SC will take off, as well. The fan page on Facebook already has 8,000 likes, I think.
