What are you taking about? I pay 900 for a two bedroom with more space than I know what to do with. Dining room, kitchen, sun room, walk in closets, big living room. That's incredibly reasonable and I'm in a great area.

Housing premium to live in a decent area? That's called demand, and you see that in every city in the world.

Not on the list of worries of most retirees. ETA, at least the school part. I still think the ranking is a big head scratcher, I'm just saying.
