I have enjoyed all of them. I think the sign of a great documentary is if it can keep my interest in something that I really didn't think I cared about. For example, I couldn't have given two shits about Todd Marinovich, but I was riveted to the screen for the entire show about him.
My favorites were the the first one about the "U", the one about Marcus Dupre, the one about Boston College point shaving scandal, and the one about Phi Slamma Jamma. Perhaps my all time favorite was the one about SMU football...I think it was called "The Pony Excess"
