This is a non story IMHO. Of course mexico will discuss the payment of the wall when they negotiate wtih trump, trump demands it.
It doesn't mean they are paying for the wall, only that it will be discussed.

So it wasn't a non-story when EPN said he wouldn't meet if Wall payment was a part of talks 1 day ago, but today, when he changed his mind, it is a non-story?
