No that pretty much sums it up.
Also would lead me to believe that, as in my thread, the Trump admin realizes they need to give political cover to Nieto.

Nieto's approval sucks at the moment anyway. He's taken a beating the whole last year. Not to mention PEMEX is essentially on life support.
