How do you get your sports news?

Gathering data for a research project - any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Where do you get your sports news from?
Is it primarily from TigerDroppings, Twitter, Facebook, sports blogs or something else?
Do sports fans use television & sports talk radio for news anymore or just commentary & reaction on the day's events?
What's your favorite source for sports commentary: ESPN, FS1, sports talk radio, XM radio, podcasts, other?

this website and the specialized cable channels (nfl network, nba tv, nhl network)
I really believe mainly just for commentary and reaction.
the specialized TV channels will provide more specific news though. Like if the Boston Bruins waive a Defenseman, an NBA player gets a 10-day contract in Portland, etc

I honestly get all my news here. If I go to another site, it's because I clicked on a link posted here.

I get most of my sports news from TD and a group text I'm in with a few buddies.
My TV stays on the Golf Channel 80% of the time. I sometimes watch the Herd, Russillo and Kanell, and inside the NBA on TNT.
That's about it.

TigerDroppings, Sirius (channels 80-94 primarily), and two local AM stations.
To a lesser extent, Twitter and a little ESPN.
