If that flag was the property of the protesters, then that Fed Ex driver should be arrested.

I saw "protesters" obstructing a sidewalk and creating a fire without a permit. That's who should be arrested.

The two idiots who burned the flags were arrested. The Fed Ex guy was not charged because he was putting out an illegal fire that was set in a prohibited place without a permit.

Fed Ex guy just gave Fed Ex major free positive PR. The Fed Ex guy is also a Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Only if they were on private property and were conducting the fire in a controlled manner. Then you're right, it would have been illegal.
