Most embarrassing moment at work for you is?

Mine happened yesterday. So, my company does all these things to try and get the office healthy. I run that program as I am in HR and I was a personal trainer,as well as a D1 athlete in college. The rest of the department is women and an obese man so the job became mine this year.
We do these workouts the last hour of the day,three days a week, for those who want to come they get a reward at the end of the year if they meet certain things.
Anyways, I run the workouts. Eveyone was watching me show them how to do a proper crunch. The room was dead silent then I slip the loudest fart I have ever done. Everyone is literally LMAO. I played it off but was truly really embarrassed.
Make me feel better by telling me your embarrassing story at work.

I was trying to hurry and get into an elevator that was closing, but it was more than halfway closed when I got to it and I ran straight into the doors on it..

I was at the gym a couple days ago and running on the treadmill and I accidentally let one loose with some chick behind me. I immediately got off the treadmill and walked out of the gym with my head hanging in shame

This is what I read. "I make this thread about something else, but I just want everyone to know I run the health program at work and use to be a D1 athlete, but I am not going to tell yall which sport I participated in because everyone will give me shite about it. And I work in HR so everyone is cool with me" (but the truth is, they are only acting "cool" with you because you are HR, but in reality they think you suck).

Coming back from lunch with my entire department I feel this pain, we are Downtown Dallas so we are walking.
There's a bathroom on the 2nd floor so while everyone takes the elevator I go up the stairs while squeezing my arse cheeks together.
The bathroom was down the hall to the right but I forgot and turned left, shite down both legs.
I had to call my manager (thank god I had my cell), then walk two blocks and ride the train back to my car with my pants full.

My shoe sole gave in the first day of my current job. That was embarrassing.
Tried to "patch it" up but my boss noticed it, still gave me shite about it from time to time.
And there are no stores even close to the office
