i disagree with that. you dont score rounds based on how the last round went, and u dont stop a fight for something that it would never be stopped for because the guy got hurt the round before

The refs are in there to protect the fighters. You could tell he was still messed up from the 1st and there was no way he was going to recover from that 2nd knockdown. Cowboy didn't argue the stoppage he knew he was done for.
