Herb wouldn't have stopped it in the 2nd there if cowboy didn't get almost knocked out in the first. I agree the fight should have been stopped in the 1st and that was a massive mistake but the stoppage in the 2nd was the right call. Cowboy never recovered from the 1st

I have no problem with the stoppage. Cowboy was clearly out of it. He was getting the shite beat out of him. Herb was protecting the fighter.
