I mean, it's a wall, yes. Will it also include electronic surveillance? Will it be incorporated along current checkpoints, or will it create a second tier of them?

Will it include guard towers?

Height? Width?

I mean, the thing separating my garden from the rest of my backyard and the Great Wall of China are both "walls". I'm curious about specifics.
