I mean, it's a wall, yes. Will it also include electronic surveillance? Will it be incorporated along current checkpoints, or will it create a second tier of them?

Don't get me wrong.... I love this shite. BUT, does he actually think this help to ease the influx? If it is mainly to target the randos that are creeping in, I can see. But what about tunneling?

As expensive as this works project is, why can't we ever get a cost benefit analysis to objectively determine if it's worth it?
