re: What to do on the day of the wedding for groom/groomsmen?

For my wedding, I grabbed breakfast with my dad, lunch with the groomsmen and other friends at Twin Peaks, then got ready at one of the groomsmen's house. Drinking happened at every meal, but nothing excessive. Limo picked us up from the house and we got to the church a couple hours early.

Someone mentioned going to the bar down the street, and the photographer thought it would make for good pics. So we walked two blocks in our tuxes and did a round of car bombs. Got some great pics, and my wife thought it was hilarious.

Sounds like the perfect plan. Can't control the guys drinking. I won't be babysitting
