Some do, some don't...depends on the breed. I'm not talking about sweater weather though, I'm talking like low 30's or below with rain/wind all day to make alternate plans for pups....might be 2-3 times a year. My dogs stay outside for 9-10 hours a day until I get home from work...I wouldn't leave them in 30* weather ALL day like that.

A puppy is a lot of work, but also a lot of joy. It can be a great adventure for both of you as long as you have the time and love to invest. Nothing like a puppy!
