Why the y obsession with the "apple store" model. I'd rather put a bullet in my head than have to go to an Apple store. Even with an appointment it takes forever to accomplish anything.

Not to mention, how are you going to make that comparisonthat when new car dealers have to take trade ins? There isn't very much comparable between car dealers and Apple stores.

I'm just using it as an example. I'm not saying that the car buying process needs to mimic apple. What I am saying is that the whole car buying process needs to go back to the drawing board
