Better than I expected. Honestly I remember this happening but never got too involved in the details, so I'm planning on going back and fact checking a few things. For instance was the city on actual lockdown? Did the shootout at the end really happen? Wasn't sure how accurate those parts were.

Haven't seen Patriot's Day yet, but HBO has a pretty good documentary on it now. It is called Marathon: The Patriots Day Bombing. It is worth a watch.
It focuses mostly on the survivors and process of getting prosthetic legs, rehab, etc, but it has quite a bit of actual footage of the manhunt, shootings, lockdown, phone calls. The infrared footage of the bomber in the boat and police throwing flashbangs is crazy.
