Axle Actuator. Big problem so far, should end with a class action suit eventually. You probably have electric locking diffs, they have been failing quite frequently. Take to dealership and ask them if there are any TSBs(Technical Service Bulletins) and if they see warranty info yet. Then they will know you know, and the more you know equals profit.

A lot of the actuator problems are actually vacuum leaks some where When they loose vacuum they fault to engage mode. Sometimes a smaller vacuum leak manifests itself by causing a clicking noise in the hub area, especially under acceleration when the manifold vacuum naturally declines.
