Not an opinion, an informed fact. I just listen to people who actually know what they are talking about who have no axe to grind, i.e. climate scientists who do this for a living (and not bought-and-paid-for whores of the fossil fuel industry such as James Inhofe who get hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from the oil and coal industries).

Any time somebody tells you the "science is settled" and no further questioning on the subject is permitted, you should immediately question what you are being told. At the very least look at it with a skeptical eye. You appear to be in intelligent fellow, just keep an open mind.

Have you ever thought that someone probably won't choose to be a climate scientist unless they are already a climate change activist? That would certainly taint the data. Combine that with the fact that the actual scientist consensus is actually around 70%, not the 95+% that gets floated around by leftists.
