What So Many Don't Get About the Working Class

Great article from HBR. While many will spend their time 'being offended', marching, calling anyone who disagrees with them 'stupid', 'racists', 'sexist", 'homophobic' few stop to really understand what's going on in America and why the change is happening. They still think its about Trump and it's not. Trump is the symptom not the cause.

I would go as far as to say that the income equality and the general lack of opportunities have led people to become distraught with the system.

Think about, the two best candidates this election cycle were Trump and Sanders, both of which were anti-establishment (although with different approaches).

Republicans made the smarter move by picking up their anti-establishment candidate while the Dems double down on maintaining it.

In what world are high school educated people to be rewarded with a comfortable life?

That world has passed.
