re: Plumbing Board - kitchen sink "leaks"

I come across a lot of under sink pipe issues with these FEMA trailers I inspect every day. Most of the time the issue is cheap fittings that crack when they get over tightened. Go buy new fittings from the hardware store and re tighten with Teflon tape. Get a basin wrench if you can. Makes it much easier to work under the sink.
