The greatest impact a person can leave on this Earth is supporting others. It sounds like your father positively impacted his employees, his friends, even posters on this board, and most importantly his kids. I lost my father at a young age, and it always helps me to think of the lives he impacted during his short time here.

Also, if it helps you talk about him, keep doing it. Do whatever helps you get through times like these.
