It is certainly a strategy that hasn't scaled up.
He seems to be pretty good, if not great at identifying players that are overlooked or deemed end of the rotation guys that are in fact capable of being solid to really good bench players up to borderline fringe starters: Ish Smith, Brian Roberts, Tim Frazier, Belinelli, Galloway, Cunningham, Morrow, Vasquez etc....Though he isn't good at cashing that skill in which is frustrating.
And he definitely has a blind spot with SF's, even in the above capacity. Letting Ennis and Aminu walk over the years for instance. Frustrating we keep having the same issues and making the same mistakes.
