They were all drafted, except for Sloan, although he's had stints in the NBA, and they all have roots in Louisiana at some point.
Point is, regardless if LA has talent or not, LSU is such a 2nd rate program that they will rarely ever get the talent from this state. I love LSU, but if I had the opportunity coming out of high school to play for several different programs, LSU would be pretty low on that list. there are mid majors that are no brainers over LSU. outside of the 2006 team, it looks miserable to play for LSU over the last 15 years.
