Its worth getting in depth with, just considering the inner city kids who need to be told that they are good at something.

Start with a list of every job ever, for right now.
Add qualities need for these jobs.
Make sure students know these options.
Some are blue/dirty jobs. They pay well, and dirty hands make clean money.
