I don't know. Maybe I'm racist thinking about the inner city black kids, maybe I should be concerned with the country white teen mama meth epidemic, it does look bad.

No it's probably good to find their strengths to guide them; it's good for anybody. I'm just not sure it's cost effective at this point, and what kind of test (IQ, aptitude, achievement, etc.) is another consideration as well.
