Actually a major reason they aren't more prominent is that given what the measure (innate ability) and the length of an administration, they don't provide enough information on what to do.

There is a lot of debate regarding an aptitude-treatment interaction, but it's so difficult to study that the result of been inconclusive. I think it exists, but I'm not sure if it's feasible.

Its worth getting in depth with, just considering the inner city kids who need to be told that they are good at something. You're Better Than Thug!

I don't know. Maybe I'm racist thinking about the inner city black kids, maybe I should be concerned with the country white teen mama meth epidemic, it does look bad.

G, as you know, is correlated with ability across fields. It could be used to identify a range or limit of things to do
