Yes, had one growing up. Coincidentally enough, he had a Beagle brother. Very sweet, highly intelligent, easy to train. Be careful with issues with their eyes, hearing, and seizures. Unfortunately, my big guy had seizures and only lived 8 years. Best damn dog I've ever owned and I've owned a lot.
