not a really a Madrid fan just like modric
In fact I predicted both Real and Juve would lose yesterday, more testament to my soccer knowledge

Wasn't Luck, the breaks fell their way
wut? isn't that just luck?

quote:

This year, the goals that went in are hitting the post, or 2 inches wide
or maybe the players just were never good enough and last year they were lucky to go in

quote:

The lack of depth, was going to kill them this season, especially being in Europe

Wut? They added players this year? last year they still managed to have no injuries.

quote:

Their losses were big in the transfer season, they lost an anchor man who was critical to their plans and game plan

I agree Kante was yuge to them but what happened to Mahrez and Vardy? I thought they were both going to Barca or real or some other teams because they were sooooo good

quote:

What they did last season was great, they played with passion, they gave it all out on the pitch
A lot of teams do this every game, sometimes lady luck is on their side, some times its not.

Mahrez and Vardy are being stopped precisely because they don't have a ball-winner in midfield who can start the attack immediately like Kante could. When other teams get into low block situations, Mahrez will be 2 v 1 and forced to pass it back rather than be 1 v 1 and make an opportunity. Vardy is a classic poacher and scores only when the opportunity presents itself.

I'm really wondering if you've ever watched a Leicester game.
