I would suspect this is a BMW-NA plant, specifically for sale in the US market. THAT's his deal.

I hope Trump sticks it to them and they shut down but just like higher taxes on cigarettes people will still just have to have them. Good those morons need to pay more for an overpriced ugly vehicle.
