Aren't Bergeron's City Market and Jimmy Johns in those two locations now? They seem to be doing well there.

I was thinking more of a traditional restaurant that relies on people coming in and out during normal lunch and dinner services. Delivery/catering/retail is a different animal.

Didn't realize that Bergeron's was in one of those locations.

Bergeron's has a dining area and some pretty solid plate lunches and dinners. I'd give it a try if I were you.

Bergeron's has a dining room now since moving to that location, but I still usually get it to go out of habit. The spot where Jimmy John's is located is a bad spot though as far as getting in and out. It probably would require a business like that to work there.
