The thread title doesn't mention the Pels at all on purpose, because this probably isn't about us. This is a thread to discuss the situation and see if there's any feasibility of it being Pels related.

The only reason I even posted it at all is because when we played Portland and their soft bigs they looked like a team that could actually use Asik. A Blazers fan in that thread did not tell us we were being stupid, something he has done when we talk about stuff with our players and other teams, and even in this thread here he posted "my body is ready." meaning he's amenable to the idea.

I'm not saying the deal is going down, but I also don't think this thread is out of line. We've had WAAAAY dumber trade threads here.
