they will point out Pence, but after the Sessions' hearing, it was clear the admin has a good plan of attack. they are going to say "i don't agree with the ruling but the law is the law" and the only response that progs can have are "fake news" conspiracy theories

they're going to keep marginalizing themselves by promoting fear and disaster scenarios, but then when these disaster scenarios don't actually occur, they're going to claim victory ("our protests are why gay people weren't put in camps!"). it's going to be epic fearmongering theater
