Actually it's just sign ups. Many won't ever pay their first premium. And more wont ever finish the year.

There is one thing healthcare.gov has been good at is telling people that were willing and able to buy insurance that *surprise* you're eligible for Medicaid!! But I'm not sure how you count those as "success". By definition those patients arent paying their bills. And PTs with Medicaid have much higher use rates than those without it.

They aren't making healthcare cheaper--they are shifting there expenses onto other payers and the tax payers--just as they would without Medicaid.

The lose money on every patient but make it up in quantity business model hasn't worked for Obamacare. And it never will.

It odd hilarious that liberals created the individual mandate in the ACA to stop "free riders" yet count "free riders" as a success.
